This is the first poster in
the SAC Wing series. All follow the same format to permit being
displayed individually or as a set. Each begins with a magnificent
illustration of the aircraft and a brief operational history. The bulk
of the poster is patches used by the Wings during the period they flew
the B-29 and B-50. Under each a meticulously researched caption gives
the unit name, its primary base, the years it flew the aircraft and its
flying squadrons. An attractive addition to any decor plus an invaluable
reference source, this 18" x 24" full-color poster celebrates the first
planes flown by the Strategic Air Command and the Wings that flew them.
We have produced these posters ourselves in cooperation with
Strategic-Air-Command.com. Posters are printed in fade-resistant ink
on hundred-weight, acid-free paper for years of viewing enjoyment. |
